• Higher strength: Cold forging refines metal grains and creates a compact internal structure with continuous grain flow. Compared with conventionally machined nuts, our cold-forged nuts gain 15%-20% higher strength to withstand heavy impact and alternating loads.
• Higher precision: Cold forging is a near-net-shape process. Parts are formed close to final dimensions with tolerance within ±0.05 mm and smooth surface, requiring minimal secondary machining.
• High material utilization: Metal is shaped instead of cut away. Material utilization exceeds 95%, which saves cost and reduces waste.

• High strength grades: Available in grade 8.8, 10.9 and above to maintain reliable clamping performance.
• Corrosion resistance: We offer yellow zinc plating, Dacromet and zinc-nickel finishes. Dacromet and zinc-nickel coatings deliver superior corrosion resistance with salt spray life over 300 hours.
• Thread accuracy: Threads are machined to 6H or 6g tolerance class for smooth fitting and stable locking.
